Liability Agreement:

I hereby agree that as a dog owner and/or handler who registered for one of 
CAKC's Classes, I shall indemnify and save harmless The Central Aroostook Kennel 
Club, Instructors and their assistants from:

Any and all claims, causes of action, damages, cost, expenses, losses, or 
liabilities, in the laws or in equity, of every kind and nature whatsoever, 
arising out of any manner connected with any injury to any third person or 
persons caused by my dog while it is coming to, in attendance at, or leaving 
said classes. Any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, cost, 
expenses, losses, or liabilities, in law or in equity, of any kindnature 
whatsoever, arising out of, or in any manner connected with any injury to the 
dog which I have registered for.

I have read and agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by The 
Central Aroostook Kennel Club Directors, Instructors, and their assistants, on 
any questions arising under said rules and regulations and agree to hold this 
class and it's above stated officials blameless of any action taken.
